Proxima Vita provides executive search and recruitment services to life sciences organizations and the professionals they hire. Questions about this notice can be sent to talent@proximavita.com.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms or by email: your name, contact details, professional history, resume, LinkedIn profile, compensation expectations and preferences. For clients, details about the role and organization you share with us.
We do not use advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled in future, they will be privacy-respecting and listed here.
How we use it
To respond to you, to consider you for suitable opportunities, to run searches on behalf of clients, to send communications you have asked for, and to meet our legal obligations.
We share a candidate's details with a client only with that candidate's explicit permission for the specific opportunity.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate information for as long as it remains useful for your career conversations, and review it regularly. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, by contacting us. Residents of certain US states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, which we honor.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
